It’s on my mind. We’re made in the image and likeness of God, but we do everything we can to make ourselves, and the world around us,in the image and likeness of what we want it to be. Everything, from the image we portray to the world, to the environment we stick to, all says we either want to influence how we’re treated in foreign environments, or we want to have experiences that come from the kind of environment we want existence to be for us. It makes me wonder, what would it be like for us to portray Christ, live in a place that reflects Christ, and spread Christ in the world around us? I have a renewed admiration for those who spread Christ and emulate Him, and I aspire to be one, too.
