  1. Hello Edler Neimeier,

First, God heard my prayers consistently with a quiet whisper. Many days, He reinforces the coaching he gives to us to stand ready in service.  He placed me in the driver's seat, although I have NO license. Yet, He knows that I have patience! Our meeting was not for nothing! I have prayed on your question(s) to consider the Elder vacancy in Richmond. I am ready!

I continue to pray regarding the June 4, 2021, meeting held from 2:14 pm., to 3:49 pm., a great conversation. God keeps shedding answers and discernment of balance, of compassion and spirituality to lead from a worldview –while measuring all my steps in His image.

The most exciting moment about our dialogue surrounds around the Godliness in which we filled the airwaves. A number of great thoughts were shared about how we can impact each other's entity. The Elder position-Richmond is a start. Rightfully so, God did place this on your heart to ask me, to pray on it while considering filling the position. A specific responsibility level is required. Meeting course objective in a balance way, seeding and meeting with followers, church leaders and chaplains keep me on my toes.

While Liberty University (LU) requires that I meet Intern requirement of 120 hours. Although, I am planting our church, I require a monitor that is impartial to the body of my church. I request that you be the specific monitor/evaluator. Please agree! The Intern hours will be reviewed and serviced, according to the guidelines LU will provide for me. These guidelines will be sent to you once I have them or will come directly from the university.

I will need your name, position within your entity and the address, email and phone number(s). If you plan to assign a secondary person to assist –their information will be required. LU is the reviewer, and authority to approve the final completion credits. I hope to let LU know that you or someone alongside you will help me complete LU Intern course objectives.

What better way to start than from the Elder-Richmond vacancy? I have prayed about it with a slightly heavy heart knowing all my current projects and volunteer actions. God is guiding me through each phase. I hope to hear from you soon!

I have read where a number of fellow Pastors have no idea how to get started planting a church.  The information provided about Startchurch.com was an excellent start.  The other is, to pray on it, God will point you in the right direction. To plant a church comes with enormous responsibilities. 27 year military career and contact with numerous background and level of authority, especially the mandate set by God makes me ready for the challenge. Again, I am ready! Let us begin to carry it to a finish line that shapes itself with roadblock– we can go around.

    God knows before we do,

    Pastor K. Harvey

    Thank you,

    Pastor Harvey,

         Member NACM

What better way for me to tie together god's work as we move cautiously toward objectives addressed during our conversation. My secretary will send you a copy of the minutes prepared as a result our session.

    • Hello Brother Kennith;  thank you for your post here.  I have not forgotten you!  I will respond better by an email soon, in regards to our process of Eldership in the NACM, in specific to the possibility of Virginia.  As well, thoughts in regards to our phone conversation regarding our NACM chaplaincy program, etc.  I hope to write you soon; thank you for your patience.  Yours in Him, – Exec Elder Rodger

      • Hello Elder Niemeier,

I desire to take your training courses as you require to meet the Eldership requirements. I understand that you are pressed to manage all that you have to do personally and professionally. I was not attempting to get around your training … yet in constant the training and training in motion assisit fellow ministers and seeding current church. I completed Liberty University, this semester with "A." I will meet the internship requirements by evaluating, counseling groups through virtual forums and then writing observation papers. There is a requirement to sit with other stundents to collaberate about what we have observed and desire to reflect about once a week. Thus, there is a final paper due at the end of the entership.

Sinsc we last spoke, I wrote a Pastoral/Chaplaincy Viewpoint about Crisis (Where Is Crisis heading). Chaplain Harry Simmons found it extraordernarily pleasing. I can forward the email if yu wish to read it. I constant with building program ideas that is of service to our lord.

I have been asked and accepted to review and provide input the syllabus for Virginia Union Seminary program scheduled for August 2021. The syllabus related to Pastoral, Ministers and Chaplancy call to Crisis (fucus is primarily on improving crisis skills of the pastors and unifiy all sevants of God).

The discusion we have about fitting or puting in place a Journeyman program is all that you are allowing me to do, as I continue to learn along the Way. A be preudent about the service rendered. I listen to yo about the problems you have from those you have in the past. Change the past and do what you ask me to pray on, yet, know what you already know. God sent me along the to work to be a servant. Let me be the servants that I can be… I know I have my hands for full, yet ther hands fullier then God's.

I have prayed on it as you have requested, more then once. The pathway to change start right here. With us. We have the first conversation about what I came do to keep growing with the Chaplaincy program.

Keep in mind seeding the Walk With Thee Baptiest Church Ministries, INC  (WWTBCM) is directly related to the things learned while I continue to work through my studies and me a member of your program.. You may be concern because I remain so busy, but God knows where He want me.

I will continue to push forward in all that I do. I and organizing a team prayer warriors who will be right by side do the work according to God's mandate.

I ask you to fill the Virginia Elder position knowing that it will be properly measured and operated with those require services those seek obtain. God know we have No time for Boosting.  We can start working closely together through our perpsective members organization.

Build with every intent to help each other.

Your request for prayers takes me straight back to when you are ready to serve and continue to all that we are doing for our lord!

        I await you response.

        Best to you

        Keenith Harvey

        Pastor, WWTBCM

  2. Brother Kennith, good to hear from you.  The Chaplaincy course is there when you're able to return; not a problem.  I know things come up and our priorities to the Lord, family and ministry come first.  So the course is designed to be self-paced for this very reason.  I hope all is well and of course we look forward to interacting again with you back in the course.

And thank you, too, Kennith, for passing on this chaplain opportunities to Liberty as well – please do that!  (They may have access to the same announcements as I do).

See you in the course when it works for you, Brother.

  3. Hello Elder Niemeier,

With all that has been a challenge it is important let you know I remain balanced and will continue to complete the chaplaincy program.

I review the Job post and will refer and there are student at the Liberty University shopping around for opportunity .As stated I will send you an email to update you on my status. I have enjoyed my membership thus far. I hope to discuss with you your thoughts about volunteer chaplain, so I can meet school objectives.

This an excellent  forum to find work.

    Thank you,

    Kennith Harvey
